AFFIRMATION CARDS

For anyone who is struggling with self-esteem. self worth and self-acceptance (physically and emotionally). These decks are best used in conjunction with a thought record and/or with a reflective exercise. It can also be used to sustain positive thinking throughout the day.

It is for therapists to use with their clients and/or for individuals to use on their own.

TWO TYPES Of CARD DECKS TO CHOOSE FROM:

  1. Multiple Cards Per Page: Recommended for printing the card deck on paper.Choose this deck to save on paper when you print your affirmation cards. It has 4 affirmation cards per page on 8×10 Sheet.
  2. Full 8×10 Page, each card is a full page: Not recommended for printing.This works well if you want to load affirmation cards for viewing on Mobile devices. Open the PDF file and each page will fill the device screen.
