Online Shop – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the online shop operated by Mind Journey Therapy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing products from our online store, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply only to online shop purchases. Counselling and psychotherapy services are governed by a separate Counselling Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Online Shop

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases from our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• You will provide accurate and complete information
• You will comply with these Terms

2. Products and Availability

We offer digital and/or physical products, including but not limited to:

• Worksheets
• Guides
• Courses
• Educational materials
• Physical items (if applicable)

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• Change prices without notice
• Correct pricing errors
• Refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

Taxes may apply depending on your location and the type of product purchased.

4. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• The information provided is accurate and complete

Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

5. Digital Products

For digital items (e.g., worksheets, PDFs, courses):

• All sales are final
• No refunds are provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed
• You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal use only
• You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute digital products

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

6. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical items are sold:

6.1 Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

6.2 Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

7. Order Processing and Cancellation

• Limit quantities purchased per person or household
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

9. No Professional Advice

Products sold through the online shop are educational only and do not constitute:

• Counselling
• Psychotherapy
• Medical advice
• Crisis support

Purchasing a product does not create a therapeutic relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our products
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the online shop, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the online shop for:

• Fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Distributing harmful software
• Interfering with website functionality

Violation may result in termination of access.
